Vik JF is an Award-winning multidisciplinary artist with a bachelor's and master's degree in Fine arts from the University of Haifa, Israel. She was born and raised in Jerusalem in the 1980s and 1990s (the intifada years). Since 2000 she has lived between Haifa and London. Her work explores these two different cultures through a research-led and socially engaged focus. The works combine historical and contemporary techniques exploring concepts of ‘home’; pattern, gender; race; fragility and identity. 


Her work has been exhibited in established museums, galleries and art fairs such as Haifa contemporary art museum, Janco Dada Museum, Ein Hod, The Wilfrid Israel Museum, Fresh paint Artfair in addition to other well-known Galleries in Israel and Germany. Her work is included in several collections including The Museum for Islamic Art, Jerusalem; Hezi Cohen Gallery and other private collections around the world.


She has received prizes, commissions and grants to support and produce work for public and private spaces. In 2019 She had her most recent solo show ‘Whole Hole,’ at P8 Gallery in Tel Aviv.  Her work has previously been the focus of 4 additional solo shows as well as more than 20 group exhibitions.
